Are you already an avid birder or possibly just a fledgling looking spread your wings? Join us for a morning of birding at Pocahontas State Park in Chesterfield County. The park is one of the Richmond area\'s premier birding locations, with a great variety of habitats supporting myriad bird species. Expect 2 to 3 miles of slow-paced walking on dirt and gravel trails with several spots to stop and observe the birds. BYOB (bring your own binoculars). We will meet up at Shelter #3 (near the pool by Swift Creek Lake)
