Whether you're just picking up a pencil or you've been sketching for years, join us at beautiful Pocahontas State Park for a relaxed and inspiring plein air (outdoor) sketching session. Learn the basics of capturing nature on paper, explore simple techniques to bring landscapes to life, and enjoy the peaceful setting as you create.
No experience required—just bring your curiosity, a sketchbook, and your favorite drawing tools. We'll provide guidance, encouragement, and a beautiful natural backdrop to fuel your creativity. Bring water and snacks or a picnic lunch.
