Area 10 group outing to a Squirrels baseball game in August - and you only get to see true service dogs who help humans, but also, you can bring your dog, too! We will sit in section 101-03 along first base side. Enjoy some baseball, hang out with Area 10 friends, and meet new friends! A crew of deep-sea explorers from the Sea Exploration Agency are on a mission to explore the deepest depths of the ocean, in search of knowledge about its Creator — and you’re invited too, as a SEA Agent in training!

Rising Kindergarteners through 5th grade are invited to join us on Saturday, August 6th from 9am-3pm for an all-day bible-based adventure.

As our crew travels deeper and deeper below the surface, experience the wonders of creation, face a few challenges, and discover that knowing our Creator doesn’t require a special badge or a submarine. Our faith grows deeper when we spend time with God, spend time with others, use our gifts to serve, and share our stories of faith.

Abby Barras will give us a tutorial on how to use standard power tools in order to teach you safety tips, build your confidence, and to get you started your very own woodworking project. In this workshop, you will be using a variety of tools to create your very own planter box that you can take home with you. At the same time, we’ll talk about growing a life of faith, the importance of facing your fears, and not letting things like inexperience and imposter syndrome keep you from taking on the challenge of building a life that you love. Childcare provided. Cost is $35 per person.

At All Fired Up, they have a variety of art projects that are sure to spark your creativity. They provide paints, brushes, and helpful assistance, so all you have to do is pick your pottery, pick your paint colors and get all fired up! No experience, appointments, or classes necessary!

Take the Friday off work.  Dress like a pirate.  Then, join us for Pirate Adventure mini-golf ($10/game) and celebrate (still in Pirate attire) at Jose Tequilas. All of this adventure will set sail in Colonial Williamsburg.  Designated drivers/car-pool will be assigned. Bring $$ for lunch.

A10 Students & Families: This event is for families with middle or high school students, and parents are ENCOURAGED to stay and play! If you also have kids who are younger in you family, they can join in the fun as well. Compete on the same team and test your family strength and accuracy OR separate into different teams and release some tensions. Either way, you'll leave in good spirits and ready for bed. $26 per person.
