Bring a lunch and join us for a fun water adventure in Pocahontas State Park. We'll drop in at the boat ramp and just head toward the James River, enjoying the water and the beauty of nature along the way.

You will need your own gear (i.e. kayak/SUP/canoe, as well as a flotation device). Kids are welcome, but parents are responsible for their child’s safety.

Join us for roughly 6.5 miles of gentle kayaking and fishing in beautiful Hanover County, VA. BYOK (bring your own kayak). If you do not have your own, contact the event coordinator - we have a few share. We will meet at Little Page Bridge Boat Ramp on Hanover Courthouse Road.

Don't forget your sunscreen, chairs, lunch and snacks. This event is free (just bring your own snacks and beach supplies) and family-friendly!

**NOTE** 8am is NOT when we are meeting at the beach. This is the time that Alle & TJ will leave from 2810, for whoever wants to link-up and arrive at the beach at the same time. That way we can all help each other unload and find spot together. It’s about an 1.5 hour drive so we will arrive at the beach between 9:30am and 10:00am. You can also just drive straight to the beach from your house. Meeting at 2810 is just an option.

Take the Friday off work.  Dress like a pirate.  Then, join us for Pirate Adventure mini-golf ($10/game) and celebrate (still in Pirate attire) at Jose Tequilas. All of this adventure will set sail in Colonial Williamsburg.  Designated drivers/car-pool will be assigned. Bring $$ for lunch.
